Creamy Caramel Dip by Chef Megan Miller

Ingredients

Stacy's® Toasted Cheddar Pita Chips
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoon butter
3 tablespoon mascarpone cream
pinch of salt
Stacy’s® Toasted Cheddar Pita Chips or Stacy’s® Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips

Steps

Combine brown sugar and butter and microwave for 1 minute.

Whisk with a fork and let mixture cool for 1-2 minutes.

Pour brown sugar mix over mascarpone cheese, add salt and stir gently until combined. Be careful to stop mixing as soon as the cream is a single color. If you over-mix mascarpone it loses its creamy texture.
