LA Avo-BLT Bites by Chef Hugh Acheson

Ingredients

Stacy's® Simply Naked® Pita Chips
1 medium sized Haas avocado, peeled and pitted
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
2 slices Applewood bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper
Stacy’s® Simply Naked® Pita Chips

Steps

Mash the avocado with a fork and add the lime juice, cooked bacon, and fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well.

Arrange whole Stacy’s® Simply Naked® Pita Chips on a platter and put ½ teaspoon of the avocado mix on each chip.

Top each avocado chip with a half of a cherry tomato.
