Mini Caesar Salads by Douglas Keane

Try our twist on the classic Cesar Salad with Stacy's® Mini Caesar Salads by Chef Douglas Keane, a refreshing snack for any occasion!

Ingredients

Stacy's® Parmesan Garlic & Herb Pita Chips
1 bag Stacy’s® Parmesan Garlic & Herb Pita Chips
1 Heart of Romaine Lettuce
5 large fresh Basil leaves
2 Tbsp Caesar dressing
1 pinch of Salt
1 oz. Parmesan Reggiano Cheese
1 small wedge of lemon

Steps

Slice Romaine lettuce into thin strips (chiffonade) and lightly chop. Place it in a bowl and set aside.

Roll basil leaves into a tight log to thinly slice, then add it with the lettuce.

Add salt, Caesar dressing and fresh lemon juice. Combine and mix well.

Place a small amount of salad on individual pita chips and top with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese and enjoy!
