Ingredients

Stacy's® Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips
1 bag Stacy’s® Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips
3/4 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 Pint Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 cup Pistachios, chopped

Steps

In a small mixing bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted. Stir as needed then set aside.

Place the pistachios in a small, deep bowl and set aside.

Use a small ice cream scoop to scoop out vanilla ice cream on Stacy’s® Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips.

Top with another pita chip and immediately dip into the chocolate dip and then the pistachios.

Enjoy immediately if you like your chips to have a bit of a bite, or wrap and freeze if you want more of a cookie texture.
