Pita Balsamic Tomato Salad by Chef Hugh Acheson

Ingredients

Stacy's® Simply Naked® Pita Chips
2 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped (we used different colors for variety)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
2 tablespoons fresh basil, roughly chopped
Stacy’s® Simply Naked® Pita Chips

Steps

In a medium sized bowl, mix together tomato, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and sea salt and allow to sit for 5 minutes to marinate.

Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with the chopped basil and serve with Stacy’s® Simply Naked® Pita Chips.
