Ingredients

Stacy's® Simply Naked® Bagel Chips
1 bag Stacy’s® Simply Naked® Bagel Chips
1/4 small Fennel Bulb
1/3 cup Cream Cheese
8 small slices smoked salmon
Pinch of Sea Salt and freshly Ground Pepper
Fennel Fronds
Lemon Zest

Steps

Trim the fennel bulb – cut off the stalks, saving some of the fronds for garnish.

Trim off the bottom and cut the bulb in half. Cut in half again so you have quarters.

Peel off any wilted outer layers and then slice thinly crosswise.

Take the bagel chips and spread on some cream cheese.

Top with several thin slices of fennel and a slice of smoked salmon.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fennel fronds and lemon zest.
