Ingredients

Stacy's® Simply Naked® Pita Chips
2 ounces sliced prosciutto
1 ounce cottage cheese
2 ounces sliced cantaloupe (or Minnesota apple)
salt and pepper to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Steps

Arrange whole Stacy’s® SImply Naked® Pita Chips on a platter, place 1 teaspoon of cottage cheese on chip, season with salt and pepper.

Place one slice of cantaloupe on top of cottage cheese.

Top with 1/4 ounce of prosciutto, then drizzle with olive oil. Serve.
