Cinnamon Roll Stackers by Chef Douglas Keane

We love this simply delicious recipe created by celebrated Chef Douglas Keane. It’s a delightful sweet treat that’s quick to create and enjoy!


Stacy's® Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips
1 bag Stacy’s® Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips
1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces, chopped, plus 5 whole pecans
1/3 cup raisins (2 oz.)
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1/4 cup butter, soft
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 lemon zested, 1/4 tsp salt


In a small saute pan, toast pecan pieces on low heat for two minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a mixer, whip the butter, cream cheese, lemon zest and salt on high for one minute.
Add powdered sugar a little at a time on medium. When all is incorporated turn on high for thirty seconds.
Fold raisin and nuts into cream cheese mixture.
Assemble by alternately stacking five chips with a generous spoon of frosting, slightly askew to see all the layers.
Grate remaining pecans with a fine cheese grater right before serving.
