Prep the Ice Cream Balls

Step 1
Scoop ice cream into balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.

Freeze for at least 2 hours or until very firm.

Make the Crunch Coating

Step 1
Crush Stacy’s® Pita Chips and cornflakes into small crumbs using a food processor or by hand.

Step 2
Mix in cinnamon for extra flavor.

Double-Dip for Protection

Step 1
Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl.

Step 2
Roll each frozen ice cream ball in the egg mixture, then coat in chip mixture.

Step 3
Repeat for a second layer—this helps create a sturdy crust.

Step 4
Freeze again for at least 1 hour to firm up the coating.

Quick Fry Magic

Step 1
Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 375°F (190°C).

Fry each ball for 8–10 seconds max—just until golden. Work quickly!
